General Terms and Conditions of Use
These General Terms and Conditions of Use, along with any subsequent amendments, apply to all services made available online by Yuna Rent srl, whether directly or indirectly, through any mobile device, email, or by phone.
By accessing the website yunarent.it (hereinafter referred to as the “Site”), visiting, using it, and/or using any of the applications available through any platform, you declare that you have read, understood, and accepted the terms and conditions set out below (including the Privacy Policy and the Cookie Policy).
The General Terms and Conditions of Use constitute a binding agreement between Yuna Rent srl and the guest using the Site, booking, and purchasing the services offered.
The guest is also subject to the specific conditions applicable to individual services (including details about the destination, departure date and duration of the stay, price, applicable taxes), which form an integral and essential part of the contract between Yuna Rent srl and the guest.
The use of the Site, reservations, and the purchase of services are subject to the acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions of Use by the guest.
The guest is therefore required to fully review the General Terms and Conditions of Use as well as any specific conditions applicable to individual services, made available on the Site before making a reservation.
By purchasing any offered service, you automatically accept the General Terms and Conditions of Use described herein.
These Terms and Conditions may be amended at any time, without prior notice, provided that such changes will not apply to orders submitted by the guest before the modification.
1) Stay in the Accommodation
The accommodation rental service allows any guest accessing the Site to view and purchase stays in one of the properties managed by Yuna Rent srl.
The rental takes place between the guest and the property owner or tenant. In certain cases, the tenant of the property may coincide with Yuna Rent srl.
Upon arrival at the property, depending on the local laws applicable to that location and type of accommodation, it may be necessary to sign a rental agreement between the guest and the property owner.
By confirming a booking for a stay, the guest accepts the contractual conditions of the rental service, declares to have fully reviewed them prior to purchasing the service, and will receive a summary copy following the booking.
2) Payment Methods

Payment deadlines and cancellation policies depend both on the selected property and on the type of rate purchased at the time of booking.
Standard Rate:
A booking under the Standard Rate requires a payment of 30% of the total amount at the time of booking, and the remaining balance must be paid no later than 10 days before the start of the stay.
The Standard Rate includes a free cancellation window, which varies depending on the property. The exact period for free cancellation is shown during booking and on the confirmation email received after payment.
For cancellation requests received by Yuna Rent srl on the last day eligible for a refund, only those submitted before the cancellation deadline will be considered valid.
In case of cancellation after the specified deadline or a no-show, Yuna Rent srl will retain the full amount of the stay.
Non-Refundable Rate:
A booking under the Non-Refundable Rate is subject to specific payment and cancellation policies, different from those described for the Standard Rate.
Bookings under this rate are non-cancellable, no modifications are allowed, full payment is required at the time of booking, and they cannot be combined with other promotions or ongoing offers.
In case of cancellation, the total booking amount will be fully retained by Yuna Rent srl.
Cancellation Requests
Any cancellation request must always be communicated in writing via email to: [email protected] and is subject to the cancellation policy of the selected rate.
Modification Requests
Any modification must be requested by sending an email to: [email protected].
Modifications are subject to availability, maximum occupancy of the property, current rates, and the following conditions:
Increase in number of nights or guests: possible only if the apartment is available for the requested dates or has sufficient capacity. The modification is confirmed only after payment of the difference between the original amount and the new total amount.
Reduction in number of nights or guests: possible without charge if requested within the free cancellation period of the booked property, unless the booking was made under the Non-Refundable Rate. If the reduction is accepted and results in a lower total price, Yuna Rent srl will recalculate the total stay amount and refund the difference, if applicable.
Refunds
Yuna Rent srl will refund the booking amount paid online under the following circumstances, provided the guest has fulfilled all obligations described in the General Terms:
Cancellation by the guest within the terms specified in the booking conditions.
Cancellation by the property owner, only if neither Yuna Rent srl nor the property owner could offer an alternative accommodation acceptable to the guest.
Property unavailability during the stay, provided the guest notifies Yuna Rent srl within 24 hours after the issue arose and no suitable alternative accommodation has been found.
If the apartment does not match the description on the website at the time of booking, and the guest reports this to Yuna Rent srl within 24 hours after check-in, and no alternative accommodation has been arranged.
Refunds will only be made using the same payment method used at the time of booking. Processing times depend on the payment instrument, and any delays cannot be attributed to Yuna Rent srl.
Check-in and Check-out
Check-in takes place according to the procedures and times stated in the booking confirmation, usually between 15:00 and 19:30.
The guest must confirm the arrival time at least 48 hours prior to check-in.
A Yuna Rent srl representative will be present at the agreed time.
The guest must pay any required security deposit in cash upon arrival and provide identification documents for all occupants. Guests without valid ID cannot be accepted.
Check-out takes place according to the procedures and times stated in the booking confirmation, usually by 10:00 AM.
The security deposit will be refunded after inspection of the apartment, provided that:
No damage is found in the property.
No fines have been issued due to illegal activities by the guest.
Waste has been properly separated and disposed of according to local laws.
The house is left in acceptable cleanliness conditions.
Early or Late Check-in/Check-out
Requests for early or late check-in/check-out may be submitted.
For arrivals after 20:00, an additional fee between €20 and €40 will apply.
The guest is invited to contact Yuna Rent srl before arrival to reconfirm the times.
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid, unenforceable, or non-binding, the guest shall still be bound by all other provisions. In such cases, we will replace the invalid clause with one that is valid and binding, achieving an effect as close as possible to the original, and which the guest agrees to accept in accordance with the purpose of these Terms and Conditions.
